Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, I Monika Kashyap who hails from a small township in the state of Himachal found my own niche and in the process has so far been quite successful in creating ample opportunities for thousands of students (who are on the brink of passing out of the college campus and are putting their step forward to enter in the competitive corporate arena) to excel. My 7 years journey holds many nuggets of wisdom and imparting technical/practical skills amongst the students so as to make them job ready. It was during my college days that I found myself itching to run my own business of improvising quality knowledge, skillful development to the young students. I was looking for that one inspired idea and education was it-where learning never expires. So I started a venture called ITM (Infotechmon Pvt. Ltd.) as Infotechmon stands for: – Info means Information, Tech means Technologies and Mon means Grace of God and Monika .where I am of firm belief about how to grow the business at a slow pace, have more retention in long run, more of a relationship with my staff members and employees who are the backbone of any organisation to survive. I am having a mission – MIC
Motivating, Inspiring and changing lives. My vision is to motivate the students to step out of
their comfort zones, inspire them to achieve greatness and change their lives. One of the best things which I follow is –
